You can never go wrong with this place! Their broth is perfectly seasoned, not too bland but not too salty. I like the noodle texture, thin and chewy. Only minus 1 star because their eggs are overcooked sometimes. Beside that, their quality never changed. The pork in tonkotsu ramen is seared and melts in your mouth . Some places they don't really marinate the pork. Overall I think Ramen Mura does a good job ofm maintaining the authentic/ unique ramen flavor P/s: Can get really packed between 5-7pm.

We entered the waitlist using Yelp, while waiting for DD to finish practice for her presentation, and although it said 45 minutes, it was faster. Seated quickly upon arrival. The place is small, but plenty of staff taking orders and bringing water, and drinks. The ambiance was rustic Japanese. We ordered 2 ramen (both vegetarian) and two roll add-ons. Adding rolls is a great deal. The rolls came Out first, and they were nice and fresh. The ramen was tasty, one was more mushroom /umami tasting and the other richer curry taste. We were happy with the experience and found it to be a good value.

Came here for a quick ramen fix, good place to stop by if you're in the area. No wait and staff was nice. The ramen was good, flavor was nice, but nothing notable about it.

What caught my attention was their combo offer - for just $3.95, you can add a full-size sushi roll to your order. I visited on a Monday at 7:30 p.m. and was pleasantly surprised to find no wait, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. The quick service added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended ;)

Don't be fooled by the humble size and decor of this place because the ramen is delicious! I paired my Black Ramen with a spicy tuna roll, which is only $1 more on their lunch special menu, and it was savory. Service was good and portions were good so I am definitely coming back!

Great answer fast service! My husband and I were lucky and came here on New Years before the lunch rush, they do have Yelp Wait so make sure to use if you're within the range. EATS Miso Ramen - hubby got this one, I tasted the broth and of course it is delicious and packed with flavor. Black Ramen- my go to and favorite, I've had this a couple times to go and first time in the restaurant and I can say the quality and taste is the same! If you dine in they have different Add-on items that you can choose for lunch and dinner, I thought this was so cool and different especially if you don't want to pay for a full appetizer you have the chance to choose your own combo meal! ADD-ONS Dragon Ball- it's like a crab cake but in a ball, this was so good and a must try! Mura Roll- if I see any no rice rolls I'm always going to try, filled with spicy tuna and krab and topped with tuna, salmon and yellowtail- the roll was light and fish was fresh! I think my husband and I found our go to ramen spot in OC, can't wait to come back and try more items on their menu!

I think I'm the only one who likes this place a little better than Hiro Nori, mainly because it's not just Japanese ramen, it's also SUSHI and really great sushi. I've ordered here on several occasions and there were times I was ordering twice a week. Whether I sat inside or ordered to-go, the quality never changed. Especially for the sushi rolls. Ordering to-go didn't change the presentation, size, or quality of my meal. They always keep it fresh and want to make their customer's happy. I loved ordering to-go here because you can easily order extra ramen meals and save them for the next day. I've done this many times when I got full of the sushi rolls alone. I would leave my broth and ramen in the fridge overnight. The next morning, all you have to do is heat the broth on the stove and microwave the ramen (with all of the toppings) for like 30 seconds with no lid on. After the broth is heated you can add it to ramen and it would be like you just got it the day of.
